- Curated regional audience. The visitors on this site are looking for work in Northwest Ohio specifically. You're not paying for 200 applications from people who'd never set foot in your city.
- Verified-by-default trust. Your listing carries the same verification badge every other listing does. Job seekers know the role is real before they click apply.
- Direct apply, no middleman. The apply button on your listing goes to your ATS or your application URL. We don't intercept applicants, sell their data, or push them into our funnel.
- Newsletter exposure. New listings are featured in our Tuesday digest sent to subscribers across your region. No extra cost during the founding period.
What we ask of you
- The role is currently open and you're authorized to hire for it.
- You can share a pay range. We never run a "competitive salary" listing.
- You'll respond to our 7-day re-verification check (a single yes/no email) to confirm the role is still open. If it's filled, we'll archive it with a "Position Filled" label.
What it costs (founding period)
Free. We're onboarding a small group of founding employers across Northwest Ohio while we build. Founding employers lock in promotional rates when paid listings launch.
How to join
Self-serve posting opens in Phase 1.5. For now, every founding employer is onboarded by hand. Send us a note with your company name, the roles you'd like to list, and a contact we can confirm openings with.
